Service Status

Current availability posture and how NexinID communicates incidents during the rollout phase.

Interim status

Service status

We are honest about this: a real-time, standalone status page with historical uptime is on our roadmap and is not live yet. The information below describes how availability is monitored and how we communicate during the current rollout.

How we monitor

The platform exposes operational health probes — a liveness probe (/health/live), a readiness probe (/health/ready), and a site health endpoint (/healthz) — used by our deployment and alerting. Backup, restore, signing-key, and data-protection expectations are documented in the Trust Center.

How we communicate incidents

During an incident, affected tenants are notified directly, and updates are provided through the tenant administrator contact and via [email protected]. Business and Enterprise plans include a contractual Service Level Agreement; see the terms and pricing for the commitments attached to each tier.

On the roadmap

A public real-time status page with component-level health and a historical incident log is planned. Until it ships, please treat this page as the canonical statement of our current status posture, and reach out to [email protected] for any availability question.
