Terms and Conditions

Operating terms, tenant licensing agreements, and usage policies for NexinID identity infrastructure.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By provisioning a tenant, registering an application, or utilizing NexinID protocol endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Provision of Service and Tenancy

NexinID provides multi-tenant identity infrastructure. Each tenant is granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the platform's OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, audit logging, and client management APIs in accordance with the limits of their selected subscription tier (Developer, Growth, Business, or Enterprise).

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

Tenant administrators and consuming applications must adhere to standard security practices. You expressly agree not to:

  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any multi-tenant boundary or protocol endpoint.
  • Utilize the identity infrastructure to facilitate unsolicited commercial messaging, phishing, or distribution of malicious code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the underlying database clusters, audit streams, or KMS services.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the NexinID platform, protocol engines, admin interfaces, and documentation remain the exclusive property of NexinID. You retain all rights and ownership to the end-user identity data and custom application configurations provisioned within your tenant.

5. Limitation of Liability and SLA

Developer and Growth tiers are provided on an "as is" basis without explicit uptime guarantees. Business and Enterprise deployments include a dedicated Service Level Agreement (SLA) with defined uptime commitments and financial remedies. In no event shall NexinID be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of tenant operations.

6. Operating Entity and Governing Law

The NexinID platform is operated by NexinIT (Private) Limited (Registration in progress (Pakistan)), which is the contracting counterparty for all tenant agreements. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the competent courts of Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory protections available to you under the law of your place of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these terms upon notice provided via the tenant administrator dashboard or email notification. Legal and contracting queries: [email protected].
